NEWS & MEDIA > RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
We refer shareholders of Holdsport to the pre-listing statement issued on 27 June 2011, in which Ethos Private Equity (“Ethos”) undertook that they would not offer, pledge or otherwise dispose of their shares in the company within six months of its listing on 17 July 2011.
The six months lock up period expired on 17 January 2012.
Consequently, and in compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders of Holdsport are advised that Mr Ngalaah Chuphi has resigned as a non-executive director from the Board of Directors of Holdsport with immediate effect.
Mr Chuphi, a partner at Ethos, has been a director of Holdsport since Ethos made their investment in the company in 2006.
